Was told to leave name and number or not call back after giving my name. Condesending tone. Lied about managers wereabouts. First said he did not know where the manager was. Asked about our issue, i explained and reminded him of it. Went to get manager, manager refused to take call. I was asked for name again or dont call again, i provided it again. Mentioned lawyers need to know process of release and or re sale with given notice three times and explained why i needed to speak with their manager and not the secretary. Hung up.
